It looks like Demonology and hybrid specs are taking a little hit with a change to Decimation but Fire & Brimstone looks to be a lot more appealing. Everything else is the same that I posted yesterday though.

Destruction looks like it’s getting a bit of a change after Blizzard nerfed Conflagrate and claimed that they would do something else to increase Destructions viability in raid DPS. I have mixed feelings on the changes, namely Glyph of Conflagrate, but things may work out for the better. We’ll just have to wait and see!

Todays Topic: Shadowbolt vs. Incinerate
When it comes to raiding as Demonology, there are 3 major spec choices to pick from – Felguard/Emberstorm (0-41-30), Demonic Tactics/Conflagrate (0-40-31) and Metamorphosis/Ruin (0-56-15). As a Warlock, you have 2 nuke options with Shadowbolt and Incinerate.. but which is better?

As Elleiras pointed out in a comment to my latest post, Ghostcrawler confirmed today that Conflagrates damage has already been hotfixed this morning from 100% of Immolates damage down to 70%.
