Got a text while at work that the internet.. is back to failing.. again.
Called Comcast, threatened to cancel service and they don’t seem to care. It seems that they’ll use any excuse in the book just to get me off of the phone.

The Comcast tech rep showed up this morning on time and diagnosed our modem. He said that the connection via the modem was fine but we warned him that it IS fine.. sometimes.. then it slows down, drops the connection, picks it back up and repeats itself.

We got our modem replaced a few weeks back and all has been well with our connection until saturday night – Naxx night.
