Shadowpriest Changes
Shadowform now grants the periodic damage done by Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Touch and Devouring Plague a chance to critically strike for 100% more damage. (Pandemic now grants the same effect to Affliction Warlocks.)
Mind Melt now also increases the critical strike chance of Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Touch and Devouring Plague by 3%/6%.
Warlock Changes
Decimation (Demonology) – All Shadowbolt & Incinerate spells used against targets under 35% health grant the Decimation effect, decreasing the cast time of your next Soul Fire by 60% and removing the Soul Shard cost.
Ritual of Doom (Demonology) – Cooldown reduced to 30 minutes, down from 1 hour. Doomguard health reduced by 30% as well as it’s damage output. (I thought they were trying to make us WANT to use this?)
Voidwalker health bonus reduced from 60% to 10%. (Demonology Warlocks will see the most change but most Demonologists use their Felguard anyway. No loss, IMO)
Siphon Life (Affliction) – In addition to healing you for 40% of the damage caused by Corruption, the damage of your Corruption, Seed of Corruption and Unstable Affliction spell is increased by 5%. (Nice way to keep the damage you lose from removing its damage component. Evens it out now, IMO. If you do the math and find out this does more damage than Siphon Life ever did, it’s even more of a bonus now.)
Soul Siphon (Affliction) – Increases the damage of Drain Life and Drain Soul by 3/6% (up from 2/4%) for each Affliction effect on the target up to a maximum of 9/18% (down from 24/60%). (This is most likely a PVP nerf unless your raid has multiple Warlocks.)
Eradication (Affliction) – When you deal damage with Corruption, you have a 6% chance to increase your casting speed by 6/12/20% for 10 seconds. (Looks like they removed the 30 second internal cooldown which used to make this talent less appealing)
Malediction (Affliction) – Increases spell damage by 1/2/3% and increases the critical strike chance of your Corruption and Unstable Affliction Spell by 3/6/9%. (Much better crit bonus than Mind Melt for Shadowpriests but the trade off is that Curse of Agony cannot crit. Sounds fair, IMO)

The latest MMO-Champion post has Decimation listed as a Destruction effect but the latest PTR talent calc and WoWhead still have it listed as Demonology. Hopefully this stays in Demonology since we already don’t get any new spells to use in our rotation and this might be a nice DPS boost in the build. *crosses fingers*
In Addition..
Cooking – 20+ recipes have been changed to allow easier leveling to 450.
Fishing – 5 new fishing dailies will be added to Dalaran.
Brew of the Year is no longer required for the Brewmaster meta achievement. Brew of the Month is a new achievement add and is required to obtain the Brewmaster meta achievement. This achievement requires you to sign up for the “Brew of the Month Club”.
A new holiday, Noblegarden, will be redesigned as a week long event with achievements, quests, items, etc. The meta achievement Noble Gardener is now required for What a Long, Strange Trip It’s Been.
Val’anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings has an equip effect. All healing spells have a chance to grant the caster Blessing of Ancient Kings for 15 seconds, allowing all heals to shield the target for 15% of the amount healed.
