You guessed it.. MOAR 3.1 CHANGES!
Glyphs

Glyph of Dispersion – Reduces the cooldown of Dispersion by 45 seconds.

Dual Speccing

Now available at level 40.
No longer requires Lexicon of Power.
5 second cast time and must be out of combat.
Still not useable in Battlegrounds or Arena.
Still costs 1000g with Blizzard not even wanting to budge on the price.

GC Confirming 200% DoT crits?

Yes, lots of topics ending with “?” now because it’s not 100% or it’s PTR related. Anyway..

Glyph Changes Already? Mhm!

MMO-Champion reported today that some of the glyphs have changed on the PTR. Nothing groundbreaking or even interesting for us Shadowpriests but I suppose it’s my job to post the changes here.

Glyph of Fade – Reduces the cooldown of Fade by 9 seconds, down from 15 seconds.

MMO-Champion has been flooding us with tons of 3.1 info, from glyphs, talents, spells, a new legendary mace, Ulduar and more dual speccing info!

Requires level 80 to learn from your class trainer.
